Licensing Tiers
Licensing Models
We license our technology on a non-exclusive, worldwide, annual basis. Our licensing model supports narrowly scoped deployments, full strategic vertical access, and the right to build sparse applications from licensable primitives and trust modules. Where required, Novas can be licensed as an optional governed runtime layer above those systems.
Full Vertical License
£4,000,000.00 GBP
Per Vertical / Per Licence Year
Strategic access for a full industry vertical, including rights to deploy licensable primitives, trust modules, and sparse applications across internal operations, customer-facing solutions, and service layers. Novas may be included as an optional governed runtime where required.
- Access to all Domains within the chosen Vertical
- Access to all Sub-Domains within the chosen Vertical
- Designed for multi-site deployment, embedded offerings, and reusable operational intelligence
Individual Sub-Domain License
£50,000.00 GBP
Per Sub-Domain / Per Licence Year
Targeted access for one specific operational use case, technology layer, or domain deployment.
- Access restricted to one chosen Sub-Domain or technology layer
- Does not include sibling Sub-Domains
- Does not include parent Domains unless separately licensed
Enterprise Model
Lighthouse Pilot
A lighthouse pilot is a paid, fixed-scope proof of operational and commercial value. It is designed to validate one narrow use case, establish measurable KPIs, and create a board-level decision point for annual scale deployment. The pilot can validate primitives alone, a sparse application layer, or a sparse application with optional Novas runtime governance.
- Pilot fee: 10% of the target annual licence value, paid up front.
- Pilot scope: One defined use case, one owner, one workflow, one KPI set.
- Pilot outcome: Working deployment, measured operational value, and scale-up recommendation.
- Conversion: Pilot fee is creditable against year-one licence value if expanded within the agreed commercial window.
Commercial Discipline
This is not an open-ended discovery phase or an AI science project. It is a disciplined commercial pilot designed to prove measurable value fast.
Strategic Partner Licensing
Why Partners License at Vertical Level
A full vertical licence is designed for industrial and enterprise partners that want more than a point solution. It supports deployment across multiple sites, product and service integration, cross-domain learning, and the accumulation of proprietary operational intelligence over time. Partners can license the underlying primitives and trust modules, deploy sparse applications built from them, and optionally add Novas where governed orchestration, memory, routing, or receipting is required.
- Multi-site deployment across one vertical
- Embedding inside products, services, and customer workflows
- Earlier warning, predictive operations, and operational intelligence
- Waste, downtime, reject, energy, and carbon reduction
- Installed-base learning and differentiated commercial offerings
